Standard Delivery:

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for mainland Portugal. For the islands and other EU countries, the delivery time may vary between 7-15 business days.
• The delivery cost is calculated based on the total weight of the order and the recipient’s location. The final cost will be presented at the time of purchase.

Express Delivery:

• Available for mainland Portugal. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
• The express delivery cost will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking:

• After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the delivery progress.

Products and Prices:

• Pipe Pressure offers pressurized boxes for padel balls and other products related to the practice of padel.
• All prices displayed on the site include VAT at the legal rate in force.
• We reserve the right to change prices and product specifications without prior notice.

Orders and Payments:

• Orders can be placed through our site. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
• All orders are subject to product availability. In case of unavailability, you will be notified by email and offered the option of a refund or product replacement.

Returns and Refunds:

• You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Liability:
