Returns Policy

Right of Return:

• The customer has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, without the need to provide a reason.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• We do not accept returns of damaged, used products, or those not in their original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact: Contact us at padelpipepressure@gmail.com with your order number and the products you wish to return.
2. Authorization: After receiving your return request, we will send an authorization email with return instructions.
3. Shipping: Send the products to the address provided in the authorization email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Confirmation: After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will send a confirmation email.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned products.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective or Incorrectly Sent Products:

• If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at padelpipepressure@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.
• In such cases, the return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by Pipe Pressure.
